You thought I’d forgotten about Title VI? Not at all. I’ve posted a new column at Sandstorm anticipating tomorrow’s release of the Title VI review by the National Research Council of the National Academies. Congress ordered this study, and I went out to Irvine, California last fall to give my views to the distinguished panel.
